Our Story
The work began in web design: building sites and front-end properties for small businesses. But it became clear over time that the real value for most owners wasn't another website. It was eliminating the manual, repetitive work happening behind the scenes — the follow-ups done by hand, the intake typed twice, the reporting rebuilt every month.
As AI tooling matured, the practice pivoted deliberately toward intelligent automation. SyncBroad AI took shape around that thesis: that the highest-leverage thing you can do for a busy business owner is give them their time back.
Since then, the firm has grown from a single founder into a practice serving a broad client base across more than a dozen industries — building everything from lead-nurture pipelines to compliance-grade tracking systems, with the same discipline applied to a one-week automation and a multi-month integrated build.

Founder & CEO
SyncBroad AI was founded and is led by Hakeali “Keali” Broderick.
Keali brings a background shaped by military service and a formal education in IT and cybersecurity. He holds a B.S. in IT/Cybersecurity and is completing a master's degree in IT with a focus on cyber forensics and ethical hacking, alongside an active and growing set of industry security certifications.
That background is not a footnote — it's how the company operates. The discipline, documentation rigor, and security-first mindset that come from mission-critical work are exactly how SyncBroad AI runs client engagements. Systems are scoped carefully, tested thoroughly, documented clearly, and handed off properly. Nothing is left to “it probably works.”
