What an Automation Specialist actually does.

An Automation Specialist designs, builds, and ships the autonomous systems that run the operations side of a business. The work spans GoHighLevel (CRM, pipelines, calendars, chatbots), Make.com and n8n (workflow orchestration), and AI tooling (OpenAI, Anthropic, voice agents, vertical AI platforms). The deliverable is a deployed system that does work a person used to do — reliably, measurably, and without breaking.

• Client-ready delivery — how to discover a real workflow, build the right thing, document it, hand it off, and tune it once it's live.
• The business side — pricing, scoping, scope creep, and how to charge for outcomes instead of hours.

The product works. The market is hot. What we need are sales reps who can pick up the phone, build pipeline, and close.

How the compensation works.

• Commission-only. No base salary. You earn on every client you close — nothing capped on the upside.
• Percentage of revenue. You earn a percentage of monthly recurring revenue (MRR) on every account you bring in, for the lifetime of that account.
• Residuals. Clients stay with us because the systems work. Your commission compounds as your book grows.
• No quota anxiety. The work is yours to run. The harder you sell, the more you earn. We don't push, but we also don't carry.

Exact commission terms — the % rate, payout schedule, and account-ownership rules — are walked through on the initial call. We keep it simple and we keep it written down.
